The Mentholatum provides tenants with spacious units that boast generous kitchens, walk-in closets, double vanities, pantries, in-unit laundry, fireplaces, and high level finishes. The residential units offer tenants a glimpse at the building's past through exposed brick, original columns and, in some areas, original finishes. Large windows have been carefully recreated to match the original design, while providing all of the efficiency of modern glass.
